ECC Helps Install The Wall That Heals

The Wall That Heals is a traveling three-quarter replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC, and its October 17-20 appearance in Tarboro was the replica鈥檚 only stop this year in North Carolina.
